Policies and procedures of Bathing Beauties Mobile Pet Salon.

 

                These policies are in order to insure efficient and quality services for all clients.

                Please have your pet ready to be handed off, having been allowed to relieve themselves prior to entering van.

                Appointments are scheduled by route, and are made to continue through the year on a set week schedule. You will be given an appointment card ( or a text, if preferred) with all your scheduled dates and times. We will always arrive as close to the scheduled appointment time as possible however, appointment time slots are approximate. Appointments may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical malfunctions, traffic or extended grooming times of an earlier appointment. in such cases, we will call as soon as possible to inform you of the time adjustment.

                If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give no less than 24hrs notice. Failure to do so will result in the full grooming charge, due prior to next grooming appointment. Also if your pet is not available for your scheduled appointment time,(no one home, or unretrievable) the same fee applies. Bathing Beauties reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who repeatedly cancel, reschedule or are unavailable for scheduled appointments.

                During Winter, snow or icy road conditions and/or Summer, extreme heat months we reserve the right to reschedule appointments. This is not only to protect our mobile unit but also for the safety of the pet and the groomer. you will be notified promptly to reschedule.

                Prices vary according to each pet and is determined by breed, size and coat condition. Additional charges may be applied for excessive matting, heavy shedding or flea treatments due to additional time needed to complete the groom. If the pet becomes unmanageable during grooming, pet will be handed back and full payment will be due. Please understand an unmanageable pet can be dangerous to themselves as well as the stylist.

                Shave-downs on double coated dogs can cause permanent damage to coat and will only be done in rare cases. If you choose to have a shave-down done, Bathing Beauties will not be responsible for any health issues that may arise.

                Prices are non negotiable. Payment is due at time of service. cash or check preferred. Paypal is also available for an added $5.00 charge. There is a $35 return check fee.

                If you are not 100% satisfied with our services, please contact me by text or email within 24 hours after your appointment and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

                I do hereby entrust my pet(s) to Bathing Beauties Mobile Pet Salon, for the purpose of grooming my pet(s)

                I agree to hold Bathing Beauties (Moira O'Heren) harmless from damage, loss or claims arising from any known or unknown preconditions of my pet(s)

                I have read and understand my rights and obligations as written in this agreement of grooming services by Bathing Beauties Mobile Pet Salon (Moira O'Heren)
